Welcome to Interludes of Serenity, a wellness experience designed to guide you on your journey to a healthier, happier life. My passion for health, fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness extends beyond a career—it's my lifestyle.
After a 30-year tenure in the finance industry, I found myself feeling drained, overweight, and far from content. A doctor's visit revealing alarming lab results was the wake-up call I needed. I knew I had to prioritize my health over work. Starting small with a balanced meal a day and regular exercise, I ignited a passion for wellness that I embody today.
With a decade of personal wellness journey experience and certifications in Health Nutrition, Hormone, Gut and emotional eating health, and yoga, I've committed myself to assist others in reaching their health and wellness goals. My approach is holistic and straightforward: I merge nutrition with physical activity and emphasize mental, emotional, and spiritual health for overall well-being.
However, wellness isn't solely about workouts and diets for me. When I'm not instructing yoga, crafting meal plans, or hosting a retreat, I'm basking in the sun by the beach, enjoying family time or tending to my garden. These activities keep me grounded and provide continuous inspiration.
