Welcome to Interludes of Serenity a wellness experience. Where your journey to a healthier, happier life begins. My passion for health, fitness, nutrition and overall wellness isn't just a career; it's a way of life. After 30 years in the finance industry working towards my dreams I found myself feeling depleted, overweight and unhappy to say the least even though I was blessed with a beautiful family. After one Doctors visit and lab work being on the red end, I knew I had to do better and I had to make a change, work could no longer be the center of it all. I started small with one balanced meal a day and exercise. That action Awoke the passion for wellness I embrace today.
With 10 years of my personal wellness journey experience, Health Nutrition, Hormone, Gut and emotional eating health and yoga certifications, I've dedicated myself to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. My holistic approach is simple yet effective: combining nutrition with physical activity focusing on mental, Emotional and Spiritual health for an overall well being.
But my friend it's not all about workouts and diets for me :). When I'm not teaching yoga, creating meal plans, or hosting a retreat, you can find me by the beach basking in the sun, on a family vacation, or simply spending time in my garden, which keeps me grounded and inspired.
